We are in Surry Hills, Sydney, where live textile designer Gemma Cagnacci and her partner Andrew Meehan, an architect. Gemma and Andrew travelled all around the globe before setting there, and documented their journey in the amazing Line x Shape x Colour blog. Having returned last year, they collected many pieces from all around the world and filled their home with souvenirs and stunning textiles from their travels. One example is the « Gallery Wall » in the dining room, featuring Nubian masks bought in southern Egypt, wall hanging bought in Uzbekistan, or old photos taken by Gemma’s grandfather. In the kitchen, the hand painted poster bought in Vietnam gives character to the room.
